The big gentle guy came into Hope as a feral horse that was caught up with his buddy, they had been rooming freely for years. His buddy has been adopted out so Ponch has made new friends. He loves being in a herd and gets along with all his new friends. He gentled to humans over time and is now very curious about us. He can still be shy so our approach is important to him. He is good with the farrier and vet. He would love to help you mow your pasture and hang out with a buddy to two. He’s blind in his left eye, but he’s used to it.
